Welcome to Rezi's Marketplace ("we", "us", "the site"). By creating an account or using any part of this website you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to register. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has approved your use of the site, including any purchases or sales.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password and any 2FA codes safe. We are not liable for losses caused by you sharing your credentials. We may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms or that we believe is being used to defraud other users.

3. Listings & Selling

• Listings must be accurate and not misleading. Stolen, duplicated or fraudulent goods are forbidden.
• Auto-delivery details (account credentials, codes, etc.) must work at the time of sale.
• You may not list items that violate Roblox's Terms of Use, contain malware, or that you do not have the right to sell.
• We may remove any listing at our discretion.

4. Payments, Escrow & Fees

All purchases on the site go through escrow. Funds are held by the platform until the buyer confirms delivery, opens a dispute, or the auto-release window expires (typically 72 hours). A platform fee of 5% applies to every completed sale. Withdrawals may take up to 48 hours and may require 2FA verification.

5. Disputes

If something goes wrong, open a dispute on the order page within the escrow window. Staff will review chat history, delivery proof and any evidence supplied by both parties before refunding, releasing or splitting funds.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape the site, attempt to brute-force or otherwise attack our systems, evade rate limits, harass other users, send spam, post illegal content in chat, or use the platform to launder money. Violations will result in a permanent ban and possible legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All site code, design and brand assets are owned by Rezi's Marketplace. User-submitted content remains owned by the user, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site as part of running the service.

8. Roblox Trademark

Rezi's Marketplace is an independent third-party site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

9. Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, the loss of in-game items, or losses caused by other users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via the on-site announcement bar. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
